After my visit to Indiana Beach, I started making my way toward St. Louis. I did not want to drive the entire distance that evening, so I stopped for the night in Urbana, Illinois, where I stayed at the Best Western University Inn.
The next morning, Six Flags St. Louis was only a little over three hours away. I made it there more or less in time for opening and finally met Jared from themeparkcoastercrazy in person. We had been in touch for quite a while, but had never actually met before. It was really nice to finally spend a day at a park together instead of just talking online. I was especially looking forward to seeing Six Flags St. Louis through his eyes, as Jared has been visiting the park regularly since childhood and knows it inside out.
