On this years Frühlingsdom, the showman Rasch is presenting a one-of-a-kind Fun House with three different endings. In Fuzzy’s Lachsaloon you can either slide down a winding slide, take the stairs or drop down with a drop tower. This tower is kind of special as you start from the highest point of the ride and just drop down a few meters, therefore the ride also features a floor and quite high railings. It is still a nice one, as it comes quite surprisingly.

Archäologisches Museum Hamburg (2015)

Museums in Hamburg are awesome! Despite their informative nature, they normally feature a very creative and interesting design for a better and more immersive learning experience. Although I live in the South of Hamburg for quite a while now, I didn’t know that the Archäologisches Museum Hamburg is such a gem. It is a brillant museum, which is somehow in contrast to the part of the city in which it is located. The special exhibition about the Hammaburg (the origin of Hamburg) – which was places in another building – on the other hand was plain and boring. For those who are interested, just head south and enjoy a visit to the museum. It is worth it.

The Jardin d’Acclimatation in the Bois du Boulogne in the middle of the French capital Paris is one of the oldest theme parks in France. It was opened in 1860 by Emperor Napoleon III. Back then it was a zoological garden focused on the research on the acclimatation of animals and plants to our weather conditions, hence its name. Today, the Jardin d’Acclimatation offers a beautiful garden, the Village aux Manèges, numerous playgrounds, various sports facilities, a puppet theatre, as well as animal enclosures. It is owned by the luxury goods company LVMH and operated by the French amusement park specialist Compagnie des Alpes.
