Oktoberfest Hannover (2014)

The Oktoberfest in Hanover is the smallest funfair of the three funfairs of the city. While it mostly is just a showground for the showman of the region, it sometimes also features a bunch of interesting rides. Fans of Schwarzkopf rides should definately come to Hanover once in their lifetime, as you can ride the only Buggy Swing ever built: Heiße Räder.

Schützenfest Hannover (2012)

After a few years of missing the aim of a large scale funfair, the Schützenfest Hannover is back in its former glory. With Berg & Tal, Olympia Looping, Kinzler’s Break Dance, Wildwasser, Flash and the new ride of Köhrmann, there is a lot of stuff to do for every enthusiast. I really enjoyed this years edition and was glad to spend a visit with my French guest parents.

Hamburger Sommerdom (2009)

Who would have ever believed to attend the grand opening of a Schwarzkopf looping coaster in Hamburg, but here I am. Known as Laser in the American theme park Dorney Park for nearly half an eternity, it was now bought back by the showman Steiger. After a large overhaul, whereby the original trains got to be replaced by new ones from SAT, it now presents itself in all of its glory at the Hamburger Sommerdom.
