Hamburg is such a beautiful and divers city. In this picture gallery, you can follow me on a small picture hunt starting from the city hall towards the Elbphilarmonie. You can also see my cousin while doing some wakeboard tricks at the Wasserski & Wakeboard Hamburg in Hamburg-Neuland (right next to the Autobahn-Exit Hamburg-Harburg).

Schloss Marienburg (2017)

Sometimes a day trip in your surroundings is a worthwhile thing to do. As we never visited the nearby castle of Schloss Marienburg, my family and I went on a small drive to have a look inside the old walls. The castle itself is very picturesquely located onto a hill and has a large garden surrounding it. Also the courtyard inside is a very pleasant sight and offers a lot of things to discover. The guided tour through the castle is informative and shows how the people actually lived in such a castle during the time, it was in use.

This year the great funtime drop tower Skyfall by showman Goetzke got even more interesting, as it just turned itself into a Gyro Drop. Now, the ride does not only feature an excellent freefall experience, but also a great panoramic view onto the fairground, which is even more exciting, when you can enjoy it in Hamburg
